Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Will ship between 4-5 business days not including the weekend.
Tracking Info: Once the funds are debited you should receive a receipt of payment, which means we have received your order. When your order has been filled and is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number to the email associated with the purchase. Your PayPal receipt is confirmation that your order was received. Also check spam or junk email folder, sometimes the payment receipt goes there.
Returns
When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods. Item must be in brand new condition otherwise no refund will be honored.
All returns must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. All items must be sent at our PO Box.
